Q. Does Easy Cell Manager convert MEID to ESN?
Yes, Easy Cell Manager converts MEID to ESN. And allows you to choose whether to convert to Decimal or Hexidecimal ESN.
Q. What does auto-convert do?
Auto convert automatically converts the MEID to ESN with a single click of the scanner.
Q. How do I change my printing options, page size ect?
Our software is set to print based on your control panel settings. To access them click the Start Menu then go to Control Panel (or settings then control panel on older OS). Then double click printers and right-click on the printer you want to change and then click properties.
Q. What printers are compatible with the software?
Any printer that is compatible with windows should be fine. If you can print from MS Word or Wordpad your printer will work with our software.
Q. What kind of scanners do you recommend?
Our software will work with most scanners, however some scanners may not read the bar codes very well. We recommend a laser scanner and we DO NOT recommend a CCD scanner as they often have a hard time reading smaller bar codes on cell phones. You may consider purchasing a scanner from our online store. If you have additional questions about a specific scanner please contact us.
Q. Where can I download MySQL for a local DB server?

Q.) What kind of cash register should I use?
We recommend that you get a cash register that will interface with your receipt printer. This way you can be assured that it is compatible with all the software as well as your security settings for your Point of Sale Setup
Q.) Will your software be able to interface (connect) with Sprint or Cricket or Boost Mobile in order to activate the customers phone?
No. The software is here to track your inventory and phone sales as well as your customers. You can print receipts and add customers in order to track the customers information. You will need to log-in to the service providers system in order to activate their new phone. |

Q.) We have added our information, ie... Inventory, phones, accessories and our employees.... Now that we have done this we are unable to use the software as a point of sale, CUSTOMERS, and CASH SALES are not showing up
A.) Make sure that your employee's have logged out of the time sheet before the day closes out. If they haven't logged in, then your ok, don't panic... Just use the time clock button and clock in, or have an employee clock in, then the customer button and cash customer button should both show up now without a problem. |
